Established on 29th December 2023, SPRN Minerals Pvt Ltd has rapidly grown to become a key player in the coal industry within the mineral-rich state of Chhattisgarh. Our core operations include coal beneficiation, aimed at reducing ash content to meet the stringent demands of powerhouses, cement, and metal plants. With a fully integrated model, we offer end-to-end solutions for our clients, from securing coal linkages and procurement to quality control, transportation, and delivery. Leveraging strategic alliances and cutting-edge technology, we ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of high-quality coal.

SPRN Minerals specializes in coal beneficiation, coal trading and logistics we have multiple trip trailers, loaders & JCB for rack handling and transportation. By the end of 2024, we plan to expand our operations with additional washeries & steel plants in Bilaspur and other locations in Chhattisgarh.

Sanjay Goyal

Executive Director

Sanjay Goyal, aged 57 years, brings a wealth of experience to SPRN Minerals Pvt Ltd. As the Executive Director, he plays a pivotal role in steering the company's finance and legal affairs. With over 19 years of experience in the steel industry, Sanjay Goyal is a seasoned professional known for his astute financial acumen and legal expertise.
Holding a bar council certificate of Madhya Pradesh, he has been serving as an Executive Director in Sky Alloys & Power Limited (Public Limited Company) since September 6, 2013. His leadership and strategic insights have been instrumental in shaping the company's growth trajectory.


Rishabh Goyal

Managing Director

Rishabh Goyal serves as the Managing Director of SPRN Minerals Pvt Ltd, bringing with him 8 years of extensive experience in coal procurement, trading, and logistics. His industry expertise and keen understanding of the coal sector make him the driving force behind project implementation and the materialization of coal quantity.
Rishabh closely monitors the company's domestic coal and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. In addition to his role at SPRN Minerals, he serves as the Managing Proprietor in GSR Enterprises, a leading coal trading company. Furthermore, Rishabh is an Associate Director in Narayani Pipes and Tubes Pvt Ltd plant in Borjhara, Raipur where he oversees purchase, procurement, and quality & quantity control processes.
